Yn unol ag Adran 87(2) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972 a Rheolau Etholiadau Lleol (Plwyfi a Chymunedau) 2006. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN / HYSBYSIR GAN HYN: (1) That following the resignation of Councillor Rhys Jones, a casual vacancy exists in the office of Councillor for the Coychurch Higher Community Council Yn dilyn ymddiswyddiad y Cynghorydd Rhys Jones, bod sedd wag achlysurol yn bodoli ar gyfer Cynghorydd Cyngor Cymuned Llangrallo Uchaf (2) If by 4pm Tuesday, 28 November 2023 a request for an election to fill the said vacancy is made in writing to the Returning Officer of Bridgend County Borough Council, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend CF31 4WB, by TEN electors of the Coychurch Higher Community Council, an election will be held to fill the vacancy. Os cyflwynir cais ysgrifenedig, erbyn 4pm Dydd Mawrth, 28 Tachwedd 2023 am etholiad i lenwi’r seddi gwag dan sylw i Swyddog Etholiadau Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr, Swyddfeydd Dinesig, Stryd yr Angel, Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr CF31 4WB, gan DDEG o etholwyr Cyngor Cymuned Llangrallo Uchaf cynhelir etholiad i lenwi’r seddi gwag. (3) If an election is not requested as outlined above, the Community Council will co-opt a person to fill the vacancy as soon as practicable. Os na wneir cais am etholiad fel yr amlinellir uchod, bydd Cyngor Cymuned yn cyfethol unigolyn i lenwi’r seddi cyn gynted ag y bo’n ymarferol.
